buoy bay house
located on beautiful orcas island, the buoy bay house has shorefront to the east and wetlands to the west. surrounded by nature, this house utilizes large windows, large sliding glass doors, and glass overhead doors to help blur the line between inside and out.
a long driveway winds through four acres of alder groves and wetlands before reaching the house.
the main house and the garage portion are connected by a piece that serves as an entry, a passageway and a deck. it also houses a spiral stair to access the suite above the garage.
